Drawing Layout:
Sheet size: 12 x 18 inches

Line weights and colors:
Use one layer for each color if you can.
Cut all the way through lines are RED and set at .001 inch wide.
Half cut through lines are GREEN and set at .001 inch wide.
Engraved lines are Black and set at over .007 wide

North Eastern siding in 3 ½ and 6 inches wide
Bass wood sheets in 4, 6 and 8 inches wide
in 1/32, 1/16 and 1/8 inches thick. Other widths and thickness

Micro Plywood in 1/64, 1/32 and 1/16th inch thick
lite ply ( balsa core) 1/8 and 1/4 inch thick.
Laser board ( Polyester coated paper product)
.01 (light brown), 015 ( ivory) and .025 ( dark brown) thick.

FAQs:
Beam width (kerf) depends on materiel thickness and
cutting speed and power. Use .006 for starters on thin material 1/16 or less.
